is a supplemental food and nutrition education program for pregnant and
nursing Women, Infants, and Children to age 5. The
program is designed for lower income families of Logan County who are at
nutritional risk.

HOME HEALTH AGENCY
Provides nursing
care, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy to clients
in their home as prescribed by the doctor. Any person in the following
counties is eligible for service: Christian, Dewitt, Logan, McLean, Macon,
Mason, Menard, Piatt, Sangamon, and Tazewell.

PROJECT
LIFE
Provides nursing
care to clients in their home who meet eligibility criteria. This program
is funded through a grant received from the Area Agency on Aging. Skilled nursing services and
nurse aide services are available.
HOUSE
CALLS
Certified Nurse
Aides are available to assist clients in their home with bathing, hair care,
nail care and other personal care as needed. A nominal fee is charged.
ILLINOIS BREAST &
CERVICAL CANCER PROGRAM
Program
provides pap tests and mammograms for financially eligible women in Cass,
Dewitt, Logan, Macon, Mason, Menard, Morgan, Piatt Sangamon and Shelby
counties. |
